Good afternoon.
Can you hear the fuel pump run with the key on?
The BCM controls the action of the fuel pump. There is no relay or switch for the control.
Do you have a scan tool that can monitor the operation of the pump?
Did you check for pressure at the Schrader valve on the fuel rail?
Attached is a diagram of the fuel pump circuit.
