What is the normal fuel pressure and where is the fuel pressure regulator located

Here are the specs for fuel pressure:

PRESSURE, VACUUM AND TEMPERATURE
With fuel pressure regulator vacuum hose
Connected .................... Approximately 235 kPa (34 psi)

With fuel pressure regulator vacuum hose
Disconnected .................... Approximately 294 kPa (43 psi)

The regulator should be on the fuel rail. It will have a vacuum hose running to it.
