You may not have one. Look for the automatic shutdown (ASD) relay. What problem are you trying to solve?

Car turns over but wont start. It is like the car is not getting fuel. I wanted to start with the fuel relay first since that would be cheaper part.

That is way down on the list of suspects. The first thing to do is check for spark. Even easier, if you have a test light, go to the ignition coil pack or any injector, and back-probe the dark green / orange wire. You can also go to either smaller terminal on the back of the alternator. Watch the test light when you turn on the ignition switch. It should light for one second, then go off. You might hear the hum of the fuel pump at the same time. What is important is the test light should turn on again during engine cranking. If it does not, either the crankshaft position sensor or camshaft position sensor is not developing a signal. The next step will be to read the diagnostic fault codes, but first you need to tell me how this no-start occurred.
