Is the fuel regulator also a part of the fuel pump assembly?

The fuel pressure regulator is part of the primary fuel tank module. You need to remove the module/pump to access it.

I attached a picture below showing its location. Also, I attached the fuel pressure specifications as well. Are you outside of the specs?

Is the fuel pressure too high or low? As far as will it start, I can't answer that because I don't know all the details. If you purchase a new pump, make sure it is the pump assembly if you feel the regulator is faulty.
