fuel pump wiring

I changed the fuel pump now the gas gauge does not work. it did before the change. i noticed there are four wires on the vehicle wiring, but there are three wire connection on the sender unit.

Good afternoon.

There is only one connector for the module. If it worked before the replacement, then either the connector is damaged or the new unit you installed is the issue.
