So, I replaced the fuel pump and I lost six screws for the fuel pump cover. So I drove it for about fifteen minutes and now it wont start, just tries to turn over but nothing. Since I only had three of six screws installed would that cause air to go into the fuel lines? And the rubber gasket that's right under the fuel pump isn't seated right.

Welcome to 2CarPros.

Air has to get into the tank to allow fuel to be removed, so I don't think that is the issue and unless the pump is lifted above the fuel level, air in the lines shouldn't be a factor. I attached a picture and circled the part I believe you are referring to (see Pic 3). If that is correct, my biggest concern would be that fuel could leak from the o-ring where it mounts. However, that wouldn't cause it not to work.

Have you confirmed that all connections (both electrical and fuel lines) are secure? Are you smelling any fuel indicating a possible leak? Can you hear the pump turn on for a couple seconds when you first turn the key to the on position?

If you don't hear the pump and everything is connected properly, check under the hood in the fuse / relay box 2 (see pic 1) if there is an issue with the fuel pump relay or fuse (see Pic 2). If there are other relays with the same part number, switch them to see if that makes a difference.

Here are a few links you may find helpful when checking the relay and fuses:
