Where are the fuel pump relay or fuel pump module located?

I have a crank no start problem with my vehicle, and I cannot find the module or the fuel pump relay to troubleshoot everything.

It says the fuel pump control module is on top of the fuel tank, here is the location and I have included a short video that can help along with the fuel pump wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works.
