Fuel pump relay location

I cannot figure out where my fuel pump relay is located in the car. I first checked under the hood in fuse box (it’s not there), then I checked behind steering wheel mount and finally removed glove compartment on passenger side searching there and after all that I still can’t find the relay. All the searching online says the relay is usually under the hood but not in all cars. Many videos Subaru related showed the relay on the passenger side behind glove box. I’m still having trouble finding it. Please help.

Here are the directions for replacing it right from Alldata. According to the manual, it is under the hood in the power distribution box.

REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT
Fuel Pump Relay

REMOVAL

1. Disconnect the ground cable from battery.
2. Remove the glove box lower cover.
3. Remove the fuel pump relay from the relay block on the back side of the glove box.

INSTALLATION

Install in the reverse order of removal.

They're wrong, that image is showing behind the glovebox under the passenger side dashboard near the blower motor.
