Will not crank, possible fuel pump relay

When you say it does not crank do you mean the engine turns over but does not start or when you turn the key it doesn't do anything? Based on what you replaced, I assume you mean it cranks but doesn't start.

If it cranks but does not start then it could be the relay but let's start with seeing if it is even a fuel issue. The way we do this is spray a little starter fluid in the intake and crank the engine. If it starts for a second or two then we can pursue a fuel issue.
