Where is the fuel pump driver module located?

It is under the rear seat. I attached all the info below on this including the wiring diagram.

The fuel pump driver module is located under the right rear seat cushion underneath the carpet. I've attached a picture below. I've also attached a picture of the rest of the fuel system as well. Hope this helps and thanks for using 2CarPros.

Does the 2018 Ford Escape use emergency fuel shutdown inertia switch? if yes where in car is it?

No. If you take a look at the wiring diagram I added above you will see that there is a fuel pump control module and that will control the fuel pump if it needs to be shut off.

They stopped using the shut off switch some time back when the body control module and powertrain modules got more sophisticated.

To answer your question. No, your Escape does not have the fuel system inertia cut-off switch in case of a collision or accident. Ford eliminated that safety feature around 2015.
