set a bag of sack Crete on the hood, shorted out battery cloud of smoke under hood

First off, I did a no no, I set a bag of sack Crete on the hood, shorted out battery cloud of smoke under hood. Replaced all of the ground wires I could find and got it to turn over again, Yet I cannot get the fuel pump to come on, checked relay, EFI fuse, even jumped the relay so it would stay on if I did get power to the blue wire at the pump connection. The pump does work when I run a hot wire to the blue wire terminal on the plug. so I figure that would mean that the ground wire to it is okay. Is there another relay somewhere else to check besides the one under the hood? Or another fuse besides the EFI one in the same box under the hood..Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
