Trying to hookup a toggle switch to the fuel pump to bypass anti theft.

Unfortunately this isn't going to work because the PCM needs see a valid key in order to operate the ignition system and fuel system. Even if you energize the fuel pump, the PCM will not pulse the injectors unless the SKIS sends signal to the PCM to turn on the systems.
The OEM designed this system so that it cannot be bypassed. Clearly I am sure there is a way to do it but just putting power to the fuel pump will not accomplish this.
