okay, so I have just replaced my fuel tank, fuel filter and fuel pump an assembly. My truck ran when I started this procedure I only did it because my fuel tank was leaking gas. But now that I've replaced all these parts my truck will not start. I have checked the fuses, relays, inertia switch and everything is fine. The pump is kicking on i'm getting gas to the fuel filter just fine and if I spray starting fluid it'll start for a brief moment. I can't figure out the problem here.

Okay, did you verify the fuel pressure? There is a chance the new pump is a failure. If you have power to the pump and it runs, which you indicated, you do not have an electrical issue with the pump.

Beyond this, you will need a noid light to attach to one of the injectors and crank the engine and see if the light flashes. If it does, the ECM is commanding the injector to flow fuel. If it does not, then it could either be a bad ECM or ignition module.
