Yes, it seems that your fuel pressure is low.This could be a sign of a weak or failing fuel pump. I've attached a tutorial on how to test fuel pressure.If you don't have a fuel pressure tester most auto parts stores have a tool loaner program and can rent you one.

The specifications for your car are 53-60 p.s.i. with key on engine off. Picture attached below.Hope this helps and thanks for using 2CarPros.

This is pic is with vehicle on. I did test it, with key in on position engine off, it was 43 to 44 psi.

Yes, the pressure is low on your car. I've attached the pressure specifications for your car in my prior post. Usually symptoms for low pressure is for the car to not start or stall out while driving. Having a hard to start condition as well. You didn't specify any symptoms in your question so I'm just curious to know if you might be experiencing any of these symptoms.Hope this helps and thanks again for using 2CarPros.

Since putting engine mounts on, hesitation, bucking, cabinet noise, was eradicated 100%. I do have a misfire fire on 3 cylinders, but the values is low and no check engine light, did some digging the car PCM no what amount pressure volume ect the injectors need to run efficiently, based on my reading psi, I'm 99% sure it's the problem. It's a AcDelco pump, I have on it, saw some reviews on Amazon stating the pump does not give out the right pressure, so I'm going with gm genuine part. P.s. psi do hold don't no if it's the pump, volume, clog filter, either way I'm replacing pump.
