Engine does not crank?

So, the engine does not crank over (starter), or the engine will not run? If it will not run, try starting fluid to see if the engine runs then we can say it is the fuel system. Also, check all of the fuses and run the codes these guides can help. Can you upload a short video of the engine cranking over? That way I can see if the engine is hurt or not.
