Fuel pump location and replacement instructions needed

Wondering how to get to and take off the fuel pump in the car listed above. I can't find the access cover but I keep finding articles talking about it online.

Have you looked under the rear seat cushion? That is where the manual says that it is. Let us know if you can't find it and we can go from there. Thanks

The connectors are all there, no access to the fuel pump.

I am sorry then that means the tank needs to come down.
