Code P0090, fuel pressure regulator open circuit, diagram for this high-pressure pump volt signals input and output needed?

Hi, please can you provide me with the diagram for this high-pressure pump volt signals input and output, so I can compare if it’s within specification.

Fault code is P0090.

My current voltage reading is 1.44 on one cable with key on run position.

While the other cable I am getting a voltage of 1.49 with key on the run position. Please help me with the diagram and the signal outputs and inputs.

Sorry it’s All wheel drive.

Hi,

Chances are there is a connector issue. At the voltages to the regulator, the first three pics below are specific to the code. They provide what to check and the specifications expected.

Pics 3 and 4, they are from the powertrain management wiring schematic. There should be two wires at the regulator. One high voltage and the other is a low voltage signal. Black is the high, blue is the low.

The second picture below is the pinout from the PCM.

What module is this please? It’s certainly not the ecu. Because I can see the two terminals for the fuel pressure Regulator. I have added the VIN number on the images below.

From the ecu pin out I can see the fuel pressure regulator.

The high-pressure pump regulator goes to the injector driver box. Here is the location. Check out the images (below). Let us know how it goes.
