OBDII codes P0190 and P0191. Scanner shows 10 lbs of fuel pressure. Changed FRP sensor and fuel filter. Here's the weird thing: starts fine with 40-45 lbs of pressure according to the scanner. Warms up fine. After five to ten minutes of driving fuel pressure drops to 8-10 pounds (with accompanying engine stutter or shut down). If you turn off the engine and immediately re-start it the pressure reads 40-45 lbs again. After five to ten minutes of driving does it again. Cleaned FPDM contacts - no change. Maybe they sold me a bad FRP sensor? Additional Information: I hear the fuel pump energize when the key is turned on. Fuel pressure reads one pound with key on engine off. It jumps up quickly after starting.

The best way to verify the fuel pressure is to connect a mechanical fuel pressure gauge. Has the fuel pump been replaced? If it hasn’t, I would replace it.

As I said in the first post, I replaced the Fuel Rail Pressure (FRP) sensor first. No change.
