after replacing Fuel Pump and Battery Van cranks but no start

If you are getting air and not fuel, then obviously the tank could be out of fuel. The gauge may not be accurate. If you confirm there is fuel in the tank, then the pump will have to come out to see what the issue is.

there is for sure fuel in tank. I just dropped it.

Find out why the pump is picking up air instead of fuel.

That is why I dropped the tank was to verify that the pump was sitting in the tank correctly. It is. What other reasons are there for the air in the lines?

No other reason. All the pulling is done right there. Everything is push from that point on.

Is it possible that even though fuel pump is new, and is coming on that it does not have enough pressure?

Of course it is. That is why you should be using a fuel pressure gauge to test this. I was under the impression that you were seeing air pressure. You really should use a gauge.

Okay. Using gauge pressure is good. The van will now start but immediately dies

Is the pressure remaining when the truck stalls?
Do you have any security indicators on of flashing when you try to start it?

Yrs holding pressure..no dash lights

If the fuel pressure is holding when it stalls, that means the computer is shutting it down, likely due to the security system. If you have an different key, try that. Otherwise you are going to need a professional grade scan tool to interrogate the BCM and security system.
