Fuel injector cleaner

My car gave wrench sign on dash. i sent my car to mechanic and told that one of fuel injected is not working he replace it with another new one .
First question, do you recommend for injector cleaner to prevent problem that happen to my car?
Second question, as it is hybrid vehicle , is it safe to treat fuel system of hybrid car?
third question, what is the safest cleaner or brand name to use in my case?

Good evening.

1. there is no additive that will clean an injector. using the correct octane fuel recommended by the manufacturer is the best way to keep them clean.

2. it is safe to service the fuel injectors with a hybrid engine.

3. the only way to clean injectors is to disable the fuel system and use a kit to hook up to the fuel line. an aerosol can of cleaner is injected directly into the fuel rail and injectors and the car will run on this. that will clean the injectors and the pindles of carbon.
