I believe my fuel filter is clogged. But I don't know exactly where it's located. A diagram would be greatly appreciated. thank you.

The fuel filter is in the tank attached to the fuel pump; here are the instructions on how to change the pump and filter out, which means the fuel tank will need to be removed. Please check out this video:
