Fuel door broke?

About the only way will be to pry it off. I would use a trim stick but if you don't have one you could wrap a stiff knife with tape and use it to pry the cover out. Then you can remove the two screws and install a replacement door. Being a 2015 you should be able to find one in a salvage yard instead of paying dealer price. If you go to car-part.com you can look around your area to see who might have a Soul in their yard.
