Fuel computer error

The fuel computer data error indicator came on after i put gas in it. i like to keep it at half, but it runs fine. it's just my gas needle stuck on empty and i get that code in my dash.

There are a number of things that can cause that to turn on. Have you had the vehicle scanned for actual codes? Here is a guide that will help with that:

Let's get the codes and that will tell us what the possible issues are. Since this happened after getting fuel, let's just make sure the fuel cap is on and tight.
