No, E20 is 20% ethanol and this is what the repair manual states, "The maximum permissible concentrations of these components, which are also specified within DIN EN 228, are as follows:

•Methanol 3 % by vol.
•Ethanol 5 % by vol.
•Isopropanol 10 % by vol.
•Tertiary butanol 7 vol. %
•Isobutanol 10 % by vol.
•Ether (min. 5 C atoms) 15 % by vol.
•Oxygen content 2.7 % by weight
