Fue leak

Can you get a picture of this pipe and the general location? Clearly the fuel system is a sealed system and it doesn't contain any breather pipe or vents I can only assume it is for another system that should not have fuel in it, or possibly from the top of the fuel tank. Either way, it should not have fuel leaking from it.

Let's start with a picture to try and identify what it is and then we can figure out why there is fuel coming from it. Thanks
