front wipers only work on high

The front wipers only work on high and will not park and the front washer does not work. I changed the column mounted master switch assembly that controls front and rear wipers turn signals and hi lo lights, no difference. then i changed the wiper motor still no difference. i am at a loss for what else to check or change. thank you for your previous help it definitely pointed me in the correct direction.

Okay, check the dark blue wire coming out of the switch at the motor for power with key and wipers commanded to high.

If you have power, motor is bad. If you do not then the multi function switch is the failure.

no the wipers only work on high and no delay or low speeds will not park and the washer pump does not work they both stopped working at the same time i changed the switch and the motor still no difference

not yet you mean the blue wire when you say switch do you mean the turn signal switch

no, to the motor. Want to make sure proper signal is being sent to the motor

this has nothing to do with changing parts. We are trying to determine if there is a wiring fault. That is why I am asking for voltage checks.

so check the blue wire coming out of the motor for power correct and if there is power what is the next step and if there is no power what is the next step

If there is power, it indicates a wiper motor issue. If there is no power it is either the multifunction switch or wiring

so this would knock out both the wiper motor and washer pump

no. We are going wherever it takes us. You very well may have a bad new part. Performing proper diagnostics eliminates throwing parts at it for a fix.
