Front windshield wiper stops anywhere and starts and stops

I have been facing this serious issue for many days where the wiper starts and stops anywhere on its own. I have changed the motor, checked the fuses and relay. What is the solution for this issue?
The rear wiper and both water power jets work fine. I have also checked the rain sensor wiring and changed the wiper switch on the steering wheel. Please suggest.

Hello,

There is a wiper module called an upper electronic module forward of the roof console. Which is sounds like is going out. Here is a wiring diagrams to help you see how the system works. I would start by removing the electrical connector and looking for corrosion which will cause the issue.

Check out the wiper wiring diagrams (below). Please let us know what you find.
