Front wheels click?

It sounds like the front CV axles need to be replaced. To be sure can you please upload a short video of the noise? Here is how to change them out and a guide to help explain what's going on:

I hope these help. The first one should be me coasting around the corner all you hear is the ball joint squeaky. Then one of me revers, the me going around corner under power and you can hear the clicking.

Thanks for the videos they help. It sounds more like the wheel might be loose (lugs). Or the wheel bearing hub is bad. The noise is coming from the right side correct? Here is how to change the bearing hub out. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.

So, the lug bolts were fine nice and tight. How can I determine if the problem is the wheel bearing? Then if I am going to replace those do I do the swing arm's and all ball joint too? I have ball joints for both front lowers I'm going to put on either way to stop the squeaking.

Hi Ken, I'm just now getting to replace this bearing and hug. When I took the center bolt out of the hub there was this black really thick oil that started running out of the center of the spline for the shaft. I'm not sure if this is supposed to do this, I do not remember reading about it. If there is somewhere that I need to add this oil back, please tell me where and how to do that. I do not have a CV joint and cannot go get one. So, I'm going to put everything that I have on it together. I have a new Hub, new bearing and I have a new ball joint for the one that needed replacing in the bottom. So, I'm sending these pictures and stuff in the middle of doing this so that I can take pictures while it was apart. I will be looking forward to your reply anxiously. Thanks JP

So, I completed the work I was doing, put the new ball joint in and the new bearing and hub. The ball joint fixed the squeaking like I knew it would be squeaking in the suspension and steering. The wheel bearing that came off did not seem very bad I was hoping that it was just not showing the where because it wasn't under load. But I have no change there is still clicking on the passenger side front and it's only when I'm turning like I said before fairly sharp and under power.

The think oil/grease is normal it is coming from the CV joint. Can we rotate the tires from front to back to see if the noise follows the tire?

Okay, I will try rotating the tires but what I was also asking you does that or grease you need to be replaced because it was in there for a reason correct.

It is oil that naturally is extracted from the grease, you should okay.

Hey, so, I moved wheels front to back. Same problem.

The only other thing I think it can be is the CV axle itself. That is the problem of not being with the car to help pinpoint the noise generation.

Replaced CV axle is not making any noise now.
