Hello, the front wheels are binding, it becomes very hot that it melted the rim cover. The ABS has been removed, the master cylinder has been replaced, and the brake calipers have been serviced. The problem still persists, what could be the cause and what can be done?
Thank you

When the front wheels are locking, remove the tires and open the bleeder, this will tell you if the problem is hydraulic or mechanical. If the wheel starts to turn when the bleeder is opened, then the brake booster is bad and not returning fully causing the system to retain pressure. Please go over this guide as well to help fix the problem:

Thank you very much for the article.
When you say the brake booster, do you be the assembly of the servo and master cylinder or what?
I would be grateful if I can have a diagram on it.

Did you loosen the bleeder screws to see if the problem is hydraulic? You can loosen the master cylinder nuts as well, and if the wheels start to turn you know what the problem is.

Hello, whenever the vehicle has not been driven for awhile, the brake seems working normal.
The vehicle was driven until the front brake began to bind. It was very hot, at that time, diagnosis was carried out. The bleeder screws at the front brake were loosen, at first hydraulic fliud came then stop. The brake pads was pressed several times but fliud didn't flow from the bleeder screws any longer, which suggest a blockage somewhere. One of pipes on the master cylinder was loosen, with the brake pads depressed, fluid was running out. It was observed that the flexible hose between the brake calipers and the pipes coming from the master cylinder was blocked, there is restriction of fluid. Replacing the hoses solved the problem.
Thank you for your support so far.
