Front wheel locking up after driving for a while

The front wheel of my car will suddenly lock up making the car to drag, like it's pulling a trailer, no matter how hard I step on the gas it won't move fast. And when I pulled over to check what's wrong I'd release the front flywheel will be very hot.
I took it to a dealer who checked the master brake and the caliper and said they are okay but the problem persist. They even isolate the ABS thinking it was the culprit but the problem still persist. Any help please?

How far do you have to drive before it happens? Also, if the bleeder on the brake caliper is opened, does the brake release? Has anyone checked the rubber brake hoses which attach to the caliper to confirm they are allowing pressure to return to the master cylinder?

The interesting thing with brake fluid, is it will expand as it heats up. If there is a drag on the brakes to start, slowly the brakes will heat the fluid and it can lead to this happening.

What I suggest is that the front of the vehicle be safely lifted off the ground. Turn the wheels to confirm they are easy to turn and free. Have a helper apply the brakes so the wheel can't be moved. When the helper releases the brake pedal, does the wheel turn easily right away?
