Misfires, code p2195

Good morning.

The glowing red is from the catalytic converter overheating of the converter from a misfire in the engine.

I would start with a compression test to be sure the internals of the engine are functioning correctly.

I will attach the firing order for you for the wires.

As far as the clicking, have your axles examined. It sounds like a failed CV joint in the axles.

Good morning and thank you, how much damage can the wires do if not placed in the right places?

Also, how much damage if CV joints and catalytic converter not changed on time, and how much time do I have before damage is irreversible? Or more expensive?

You can cause internal engine damage from the wires being incorrectly installed.

As far as the catalytic converter and CV joints, the catalytic converter could catch fire. You need to address that right away.

The CV joint could break and leave you stranded.

You need to have these issues addressed as soon as you can.

I had one and three misplaced, I have them correct now and all the clicks and catalytic converter has not given me problems. Have I just blinded myself on the issues or are they fixed?

Does the engine run okay now?

The CV joint was not part of that repair.

The fact that the catalytic converter overheated may show up later as a 420 code or a driveability issue if it melted the internals.

I drove the car about two days and approximately 100 miles, before fixing the misplaced wires.

Okay, just keep an eye on it.

Get the axle fixed before it fails completely and leaves you stranded.

Yes it is driving good better than it was before I started any maintenance.

The car tends to jerk when accelerating, it reaches 10 or 20 mph then does strong jerk.
