Front vent for windshield does not blow out air even though the setting is on that. All other vent blow out air though.

it sounds like you have a mode actuator that is not working right or something dropped down into the vent blocking the doors from working. This guide will help you see how to change the actuator and see if the door is working with diagrams below to show you on your car.
