What is the special tool used to install the front main seal into the timing chain cover?

It looks like there are four special tools needed to do this job which I have listed below. I have also included instructions on how to do the job as well. Check out the images (below). Let us know if you need anything else.

The tools are for the entire job as the factory would do it. You only need the one tool to install the seal.
