Front end problem

I have had the worse time in the last month with my car. Noticed after had the front driver side tire replaced it started pulling to the right bad and they aligned it after replaced. Noticed last night replacing my head lights that the passenger side is lower than the driver side and when on the highway the front end starts to shake at about fifty mph in waves until you slow down to forty mph. Please help! I am a female and have done my homework on this car and have replaced the alternator, power steering pump and upper pressure line, serpentine belt and the radiator just in the last three months.

Need to clear up some details. Why did the tire need to be replaced, and why was only one replaced? Was the alignment performed for general maintenance, or was it done after the shaking started with the new tire? Did you observe any difference between before and after the alignment? What is lower on the right side, the head light or the car's body? Where do you feel the shaking, in the steering wheel, the brake pedal, or the whole car body?

Alignments always include a test-drive. Did the mechanic take the car to a road where he could go as fast as the speeds you observed the problem, and if so, what did he have to say about the vibration?
