Front end noise

There is a noise and I can't figure out what it is. I've replaced ball joints, sway bars, inner and outer tie rods. the noise sounds like a metal ring spinning in place and it's not the CV axles.

Is it loud enough for you to record and upload for me to hear? Also, what seems to prompt the sound? Does it always do it when driving or do you need to hit a bump?
