Front end noise

it sounds as if the mechanic that did the work may have left something loose. i would get the car back there and get them to road test and recheck all their work, start here.

I was reading about lower ball joints. Do you have to have the car sitting on all four wheels before tightening the bolt? I think he had it still jacked up when he replaced the ball joint.

No the weight should be off the ball joint when tightening.
As you can see by the diagram below you have replaced pretty much everything. As odd as it sounds, have them check your motor mounts as well... if the engine moves around when you are off and on the gas it changes the cv joint geometry and will cause vibrations and shuddering as well as the engine making noise as it moves forward and back

2008 honda civic during turning it has a noise i took the wheel off and when you turn the wheel you can feel the spring making a noise like the mcpherson is dry any thing i can do to quiet it down?

probably a dry/bad strut bearing. you can dissemble using proper tools(spring compressor) and replace lubricate.

my car makes a squeak in the front when i drive over bumps. also when i turn right and left. is it the rack and pinion or is it the suspension

This will normally be a suspension noise, possibly dry strut seals or a dry or worn lower arm bush, you should be able to pick this up by bouncing the corners one at a time and listening and feeling for the vibration associated with this noise.

i have tried bouncing the front end both sides and it does not make any squeaks, can i rule out the suspension?

I would be thinking that it is suspension related, but not hearing it its a bit hard to tell, if its only while you are driving and turning it may be the top bearing plates on the struts, i do think that you should have some one listen to this as a mechanic should be able to pin point the noise, don't agree to any work with out telling me what they recommend first, and try and get 2 or 3 opinions, just to see if they all tally.

i took my car into the dealership, turns out there are two recalls; one is for the auto tension pivot bolt,for the drive belt,in which, the wheels can potentially fall off and the other is for the o-ring on the speed sensor.hopefully, this solves the popping noise when i make turns.

The right side tire or front end of my car vibrates when I apply my brakes, especially when braking at high speeds. Is this a front end alignment problem, a brake problem, or a tire issue? I only notice this problem when applying the brakes. And it is very pronounced on the right side of the car.

have all of that checked by a pro on that side it can be any of what you mentioned.
