Front end grinding noise?

Does the noise change when you apply the brakes? Can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so I can hear the noise? That way I can tell for sure what's going on. You can upload it here with your response. It sounds like a typical need of a brake job; I would remove the front wheels while raising the front of the truck up to inspect the brake pads.
