Front differential seal and bearing

Is it possible to replace the runner bearing that meets the CV axle at the front (driver side) differential in addition to the seal, or is a complete overhaul of the front differential required?

Good evening.

The seal is accessible from outside the differential, but the bearing is internal. The differential needs to be removed and disassembled.
