Hi Tony,
It doesn't appear that it does because it doesn't list this part number for prior years.. However, we are limited to the generic part sites that are not as accurate as the dealer's. I would suggest calling a dealer and speaking with the parts department. Just ask them to look up the part number for your bumper and then as them to tell you the model years that this part number applies too. They should be able to get this pretty easily and it will be much more accurate because they are going by OEM part numbers.
