Front brakes locking up

Had front brake job done,new calibers both sides, new brake hoses.Now front brakes are locking up. What could be causing this? 2001Honda Civic LX. No antilock brakes.

Where can I get a brake proportioning valve that's not too expensive

I tcan be needing to be led right or grease is on the pads normally or the calipers aren't sliding like they should
