Front AC blows hot air

When I turn on AC, it only blows hot air, rear blows cold. Could it be the front temperature blend door actuator? If so? What type would fit?
Difference between HVAC heater blend door actuator? HVAC air door actuator?

They are the same. it is called a blend door actuator.

Yes, it sounds like it may be the issue.

Does it blow hot from both sides? Does it have dual control?

The main issue with the actuator is that the teeth on the plastic gear break. There is a person on eBay that sells just the gear by itself the last I heard. This would save quite a bit of money. Just a heads up.
