Front right wheel bearing races removal from axle

Does anyone know how to remove these races from the front right axel? I got the hub and the inner/outer wheel bearings off already.

The races are stuck on there pretty good, I would use a torch to heat up the outside of the race and then use a hammer. Use eye protection. I have also seem people cut the race this allows it to open and release. Can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so we can see what's going on? that would be great. You can upload it here with your response.
