Fresh scraping marks on caliper bracket where brake pad ears go?

I noticed some fresh scraping metal on metal markings on my caliper bracket where the brake pad ears sit in place. I can hear the scraping when i drive and it goes away when i press the brakes. Also, i hear a bit of grinding when i release the brake pedal, never when i press the brake only when i release the brake. I did have the brakes apart and put some anti seize lube on the fresh metal marks and it took the noise away for roughly 1 week. Is this brake drag or just not lubricated with the proper grease. The marks are only on the left side of the vehicle and only 1 spot where the brake pad sits. I will mention the pads and rotors are brand new and calipers are in good shape. I just had it for a drive and the scraping or rattle goes away when i touch the brakes slightly.

It sounds like the bearing hub has gone out. This will allow play in the wheel/rotor and create a grinding noise like you have described. You can raise the front of the vehicle and see if the left side moves if you grasp the wheel and try to move it. Here is a video on how the job is done and I have left instructions for your car:

I do also have a light grinding noise when turning right, so your answer lines up with it being a left wheel bearing or hub assembly. But only one thing why would the noise go away when i lubricated the caliper bracket and pads.

Maybe some grease got on the caliper mount, did you raise the front end and check for play? Also, I have seen the brake pad anti rattle clips stick out and touch the rotor so let's check for that as well. Can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so I can hear the noise? that way I can tell for sure what's going on.. You can upload it here with your response.
