Freeze plugs leaking?

Hello guys, so recently I've been having a good coolant leak in my 1965 inline 6 mustang engine. It takes about 3/4 of a gallon before it starts dripping off the case between the crank shaft and flywheel. It seems to run down the side of it and drip off the bottom. I've read some stuff about the freeze plug being worn and some other things. I'm trying to keep it cheap but a gallon a day is hard to ignore!

Yep, there are freeze plugs between the engine and transmission, on the rear of the engine block, there is usually a freeze plug located in the rear to prevent coolant from leaking out. This plug can only be accessed if the transmission or engine is removed. Here ids a video to show you how to replace the freeze plugs:
