I have a 2000 Ford Windstar with 57,800 miles. It has been really cold here. I went out and started my car and there is a weird noise that makes kinda the sound windshield wipers would make or a ticking sound but not under the hood. It is doing it from around the radio, heater area but I turned all of those off. What could this be?
