Hey guys, I really hope you can help. 1989 Laforza, 89k miles, 5.0 Liter (Ford Cobra) automatic engine. When I put the car in drive to accelerate, it revs and then jerks into gear, both when I put it into Drive and Reverse, it does that until the engine warms up. The other major problem is that it shakes quite a bit when I accelerate, when i get up to about 40mph it doesn't shake as much. But everytime I come to a stop and reaccelerate it starts shaking again. What do you think? Spark Plugs, compression?
