car odor

I have an almost sweet odor, possibly like burnt brown sugar. I smell it from inside the car. It is just on start up and it goes away within 5 minutes. I haven't checked it from outside, or opened the hood yet. The weather has been really cold, and I had an oil change just a half a week ago, and it might have started after that oil change.
