Engine Performance problem
2003 Ford Windstar 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic
Our van had a quarter tank of gas in it when my husband went to a new station to put gas in. After putting the gas in we pulled away from the pump and the van immediately started sputtering and shaking--it did this for 20-30 seconds and then would shut itself off. He tried to restart it but it would dothe same thing over and over. After about 4 attempts to start it, it will no longer start. The gas station he went to is brand new and has pumps that dispense both gasoline and diesel. I watched as he pumped the gas and he used the correct nozel and pushed the regular button for the gas.
