My engine starts without a problem. When I have it in drive at a stop, after 4-5 minutes the engine surges and rocks for about 20 seconds. After that the van runs great. I have had a flash reprogram performed at a Ford dealership and this did not solve the problem. Injectors are clean. I am at a loss as to the problem.
