Electrical problem
2000 Ford Windstar 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic
The windshield wipers work on slow or high but I cannot get the delays to work...is there a fuse that needs to be replaced and if so where is the fuse located on the vehicle and what may be the problem if it is elsewhere. Have tried everything and at times on the delay it will work and then stop with the wipers in the middle of the windshield. The rear wipers work just fine even on delay and slow or fast speed.
